We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Healthcare Supervisor at Carthage Center, a 90-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Carthage, NY. As a valued member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and their families.

Job Summary:

  • The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our healthcare services, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment.
  • This is a full-time position working every other weekend, with a competitive salary of $50/Hour.

About the Role:

As a Healthcare Supervisor, you will be responsible for scheduling and assigning nursing staff, establishing a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families, and promoting a cooperative relationship among health care teams.

You will also ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing, manage documentation of resident care services, and maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations.

Requirements:

  • A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required, along with a minimum of 3 years Long-Term Care experience.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, and be familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs.
