The Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient practices in Atlanta, GA. This full-time position offers a unique chance to work closely with our medical director, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care and practice innovation. About the Role
As a key member of our care team, you'll provide comprehensive primary care to our geriatric patient population, leveraging our coaching and integrated behavioral health models to drive behavior change and improve health outcomes. You'll partner with our care team to deliver exceptional patient care, working together to address complex needs and develop personalized care plans. Our cutting-edge Electronic Health Record system will support your clinical decision-making, enabling you to maximize your impact on the population.
