Job Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the preproduction, warehouse, and installation processes at this location. This includes ensuring employees are performing their job responsibilities and meeting or exceeding expectations.

This role has an overall view of the performance of post-sale production and installation activities at this location. The Operations Manager must monitor and manage the installation function to meet install revenue goals while ensuring Net Promotor Scores (NPS) goals are achieved.

The Operations Manager must also monitor and manage the warehouse function to meet shipping/receiving/production service level agreements. This includes evaluating P&L line-item performance and ensuring corrective action is taken to meet COGS objectives and in alignment with company benchmarks.

The Operations Manager must identify business challenges and areas of opportunity with regards to workflow and processes. They must support the recruiting, selection, hiring/terminating for all Warehouse, Project Management, Complexity Review and Install team members.

The Operations Manager must ensure new hires demonstrate appropriate skill and value alignment and are self-motivated to ensure consistent customer satisfaction. They must lead the implementation of all training and certification programs for team members in their area of responsibility.

The Operations Manager must hold daily, weekly, monthly preproduction, warehouse, and installation huddles/meetings, as necessary. They must ensure that all benchmarks are hit in each of the areas of responsibility.
