We are seeking a seasoned Senior Foreclosure Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in handling complex foreclosure cases, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring that our clients' interests are protected.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle all aspects of foreclosure proceedings, from the initial filing to the final resolution.
  • Conduct thorough title reviews and prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate purchase agreements, ensuring that all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide expert legal advice on private lending and deal structuring, helping clients to make informed decisions.
  • Represent clients in court, presenting compelling arguments and advocating for their interests.
  • Collaborate with other members of our legal team, sharing your expertise and contributing to the development of our firm's legal strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in foreclosure law, ensuring that our firm remains at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications:
  • A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in foreclosure law, with a strong track record of successfully managing complex cases.
  • Extensive knowledge of real estate closing procedures, loan processes, and title review.
  • Proven experience in drafting and negotiating purchase agreements.
  • Expertise in private lending and deal structuring, with the ability to provide clear, practical advice to clients.
