Nurse General Medicine Transitional Care Unit Night Shift

As a Registered Nurse in our Transitional Care Unit, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals in need of medical attention. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and ensuring our patients receive the best possible care.
About the Role:
This is a full-time night shift position, and you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in our Transitional Care Unit. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a school of nursing.
- Active RN license to practice in the State of Florida.
- AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
