Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Curriculum Services Center team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in basic software applications, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and take messages
* Greet students, parents, and district personnel upon entering the building
* Maintain an orderly workspace and have district information available for selection or distribution
* Perform general clerical tasks, such as typing, copying, and mailings

Requirements

* High school education required
* Proficient Spanish verbal and written communication skills required
* Average typing proficiency, with good accuracy; above-average test battery
* Computer proficiency, including use of basic software applications and Cloud-based systems

Working Conditions

* Regular and on-time attendance required
* This is a non-remote position
