Overview:

Soliant Education is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to work in a school-based setting in Arizona. As a member of our team, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders. Your expertise will be invaluable in fostering students' communication skills and helping them succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams to address students' needs.
  • Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school professionals to enhance students' communication skills and support their overall academic success.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of student progress and services provided.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Licensure: Valid Arizona licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred, though recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
