Property OverviewWe are excited to introduce the Brand-New Residence Inn by Marriott Berkeley, located in the heart of Downtown Berkeley. This 17-story property features 331 suites with fully equipped kitchens, separate living spaces, and modern amenities. With over 15,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space and a rooftop restaurant and bar offering spectacular views of the San Francisco Bay Area, our hotel is an ideal destination for both business and leisure travelers.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a driven and experienced leader to join our team as Assistant Front Office Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating and expediting the registration and checkout process at the front desk, overseeing daily operations, and supervising the Front Office team. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, developing and maintaining programs to improve operations, handling difficult situations, and managing ongoing training.
- The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of hotel front desk experience and previous supervisory experience. Previous Marriott brand experience and knowledge of FOSSE are a plus.
