Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Salesforce Implementation and Optimization Specialist. This role will be responsible for supporting our CRM implementation initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our Salesforce platform and improve customer engagement metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze CRM data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance its effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Training & Development, Sales, IT, and Marketing departments to develop best practices and SOPs for CRM usage.
  • Contribute to the optimization of marketing email campaigns and ROI tracking.
  • Develop and facilitate CRM training materials and sessions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current enrollment in a related degree program (Business, Marketing, IT, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools.
Total Compensation
