We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Hyatt Place Austin Round Rock. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Conduct solicitation calls, sales tours, and entertain clients to secure new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to negotiate, convince, and sell
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
