Job Title: Registered Nurse - NICU

Responsibilities:

  1. Clinical Expertise: Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
  2. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the medical staff, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
  3. Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless coordination of care.

Requirements:

  • Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
