About the Job

The Front Office Medical Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical office staff, ensuring seamless communication with patients, and contributing to the efficient operation of our facilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient records in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Greet patients, gather necessary information, and update records accordingly.
  • Schedule consultations and procedures according to individual provider schedules.
  • Maintain accurate patient demographics, medical histories, and billing information.
  • Process payments, handle financial transactions, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare-related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred.
