About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Medical Care Assistant to join our team at AdeIphi MedicaI Staffing for a 7 week contract in Hadley, MA.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care and support as part of our dedicated healthcare team. This is an exciting opportunity for a caring and compassionate individual to make a real difference in the lives of patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities and provide nursing care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Conduct patient rounds, documenting vital signs and medical information accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare staff regarding patient needs and changes in condition.
  • Collect and prepare specimens for diagnostic testing.
  • Support non-custodial staff in delivering patient care services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient transfers, appointments, and other care-related tasks.
  • Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment according to established protocols.
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid CNA Certificate or State License.
  • Possess current BLS certification.
