Real Estate Sales Professional with Excellent Communication Skills

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team at New Day Properties. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing property contracts by converting pre-qualified leads into signed agreements.
About the Role
Your primary mission will be to close deals and exceed revenue targets by responding to seller inquiries and converting leads. You will build rapport with clients, understand their goals, and present tailored solutions to meet their needs. Additionally, you will maintain an organized client database for consistent follow-up and utilize proven scripts to handle objections and showcase our team's value.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify clients and gather key information to ensure a streamlined, efficient sales process.
- Build trust and rapport with clients through active listening, empathy, and effective communication.
