Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Imaging Operations Coordinator to join our team at ERT. As a key member of our Receipt & Processing Team, you will be responsible for performing data processing for all Imaging studies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our data management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data processing for all studies, including reviewing, processing, tracking, and monitoring data received from clinical sites
• Verify data transmittal forms are complete and accurate, and ensure appropriate media is enclosed
• Load image data into study databases and perform image preparations
• Review data discrepancies and resolve or route to study teams as necessary
• Communicate with study teams as needed to obtain information

Requirements:

• High school graduate
• Minimum one year experience with computer hardware and software applications
• Familiarity with PC-based computers and standard software packages, including e-mail, word processors, spreadsheets, and databases
• Ability to work in a group setting and independently, with excellent attention to detail and interpersonal and communication skills

Working Conditions:

• Travel: 0-5%
• Lifting: 0-50lbs
• Computer work for long periods of time
