Salary Information

The average annual salary for this position is approximately $118,500. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the requirements and benefits outlined below.

About the Role

As a CDL-A team truck driver, you will be responsible for hauling a variety of products, including scotch tape, dental products, laminates, and adhesives. Our drivers operate in a dry van environment and enjoy a high percentage of drop-and-hook freight. With an average of 99% drop-and-hook, you can expect minimal wait times and increased productivity.

Our team drivers typically spend around 2-30 weeks out on the road, depending on the specific route and assignment. During this time, you will have the opportunity to explore new places, experience different cultures, and build strong relationships with your fellow drivers and customers.

As a team driver, you will be paired with a dedicated partner who will work alongside you to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of goods. Together, you will navigate challenging routes, manage logistics, and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • You must have at least 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience, with at least 3 months of verifiable team experience in the past 3 years.
  • No preventable accidents or incidents in the past 12 months.
  • You must obtain hazmat certification within 120 days of hire.
  • You must pass a comprehensive drug test.
  • You must have an acceptable MVR and background check.
  • You must be able to push a cart on wheels into deliveries.
