About the Role

As a key member of our team at Surv - Nashville, you will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with our clients and delivering exceptional service. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our maintenance team and ensure seamless execution of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and task completion
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles or team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
