At Power and Success Staffing, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and effective nursing care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, and monitoring patients' vital signs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
  • Administer medications and perform basic medical procedures as instructed.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the medical team.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
  • Document patient care activities and contribute to their care plans.
  • Promote a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  • Participate in patient education and support initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
  • Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
  • Compassion and empathy in patient care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
