The Strategic Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction by creating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This involves defining long-term organizational strategic goals, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, working closely with operations and sales teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services.

Salary and Benefits

This exciting opportunity offers a salary range of $115,000 - $125,000/year, along with a competitive benefits package that includes paid holidays and vacation time, health benefits, bonus eligibility, ancillary benefits such as life insurance, long-term disability, FSA, and dependent spending care, 401K, and opportunities for growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain effective key customer relationships to drive retention and revenue growth.
  • Service Delivery Leadership: Oversee successful service delivery and the development and growth of profitable business.
  • Consultative Leadership: Provide customers with consultative leadership that delivers exceptional service experiences.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between Pritchard and stakeholders on the client side.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure requirements are met, including contractual KPIs, corporate financials, account retention, and growth opportunities.
  • Business Development: Support transition activities, monitor roll-out schedules, targets, and plans, ensuring programs are standardized and utilized.
  • Financial Management: Ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities, building and maintaining a professional network within the Facility Services industry, and monitoring financial reporting, budget compliance, supplies utilization, contract conditions, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in facility services or a closely related field required.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business or a related area preferred.
  • Customer Relations Experience: 3-5 years of Customer Relations experience.
  • Success Track Record: Strong and verifiable track record of success focused on delivering services required.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and frequently both verbally and in writing.
  • Organization and Planning: Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Experience working directly with key stakeholders, including executive management personnel within customers.
  • Professional Attributes: Professional demeanor, advanced customer service skills, strategic and analytical thinking, ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • Adaptability: Proactive, resourceful, and innovative individual with a willingness to work varying schedules based on business needs.
  • Management Experience: Management experience in a fast-paced labor-intensive industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
