Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hospitality Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and have an enjoyable stay at our hotel.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction. You will work closely with the bell staff to ensure seamless arrival and departure experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all guests are treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all standards are applied by all staff members.
• Address all guest concerns and ensure follow-up is complete.
• Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenue while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.
• Supervise the activities and service levels of the bell staff to ensure efficient and friendly arrivals, departures, and other guest interactions.

• Basic computer skills and ability to use software systems.
