What You Will Do
As an intern at Clarios, you will work on multiple projects, depending on the department you join. You will have the opportunity to execute on challenging deliverables that will benefit the company for years to come. Our program includes social events, volunteerism events, informational interviews, and time with executives. We are committed to providing our interns with a well-rounded experience that goes beyond just technical skills.
How You Will Do It
While typical duties may vary, we have some basic expectations:
- Hybrid work arrangements with an expectation to be in the office 3 days a week, depending on the department and manager.
- Learning the ropes of a corporate environment, living in Teams and Outlook.
- Executing upon informational interviewing, networking, and other parts of the program that enhance and elevate the work experience, including participating in social and social action activities.
- Ideally, you will have completed your Junior year of college, although we welcome Sophomores to apply as well.
- Pursuit of one of these majors from a 4-year college: Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, IT, Computer Science, Data Science, achieving at least a 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA.
- Prior leadership experience at work, internships, or extracurricular activity.
- Strong analytical ability to solve problems and ability to learn quickly.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams with minimum guidance.
