Salary and Benefits

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist with our company, you can expect to earn a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Job Description

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment. Based on this assessment, you will help determine a treatment plan, perform interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well-being, and evaluate the patient's progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will need to have a current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Kentucky, current CPR certification, and a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance. You will also need to have access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Assessing and evaluating patient care needs
  • Determining treatment plans and performing interventions
  • Evaluating patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
