CompensationThe compensation for this role is highly competitive, with part-time agents earning approximately $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year and full-time agents earning around $80,000-$190,000+ in the first year. Agency owners who have been with us for several years can generate a passive income of $200,000-$500,000+ per year.
Job DescriptionAs a life insurance agent or sales professional with the Warner Agency, your primary responsibilities will include researching and recommending the best products from our 40+ A-rated carriers to protect new and existing clients, contacting potential clients to set up consultations, and staying in touch with clients and carriers until they are protected.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in sales or customer service, be determined and detail-oriented, disciplined and coachable, self-accountable and self-motivated, and willing to focus on continuous personal development.
