Job Title: Part-time Nightshift Mother/Baby RN

At Baptist Health, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Mother/Baby Unit team on a part-time night shift basis.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient-centered care to new mothers and their babies, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent outcomes. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering compassionate and individualized care, with a focus on promoting breastfeeding and supporting families in their transition to home.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care activities, including nursing rounds, assessments, and treatments
  • Facilitate admission, transfer, and discharge activities
  • Provide patient and family-centered education
  • Care coordination and individualized treatment planning
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college/university or an associate degree with a minimum of ten (10) years' experience
  • Basic Life Support
  • ACLS/PALS/NRP and successful completion of dysrhythmia class
