Industrial Reliability Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Reliability Specialist to join our team at Prairie State Generating Company. As a key member of our maintenance group, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment.

• Evaluate and analyze vibration data to identify potential issues with rotating equipment
• Balancing of plant equipment using Emerson 2140 and Bently Nevada 3500 systems
• Collaborate with plant engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance strategies
• Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including CMMS systems, to inform maintenance decisions
• Develop and maintain records of equipment health and performance metrics
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to source equipment and parts as needed

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment with a focus on vibration analysis and equipment balancing
• Cat I level vibration certification required; Cat II or III level certification preferred
• Experience with CMMS systems, such as Maximo, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,225 to $97,350 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and incentives.
