We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Cuisine to lead our culinary team in Whitefish, Montana. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and productive work environment, mentoring and training kitchen staff, and maintaining high-quality ingredients and dishes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement menu strategies to drive top-line sales and guest counts.
- Mentor and train kitchen staff to ensure consistent high-quality dishes and exceptional customer service.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure seamless culinary operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- 3-5 years of high-volume kitchen management experience.
- Proven track record of creating a safe work environment and promoting team work and professional development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and knowledge of systems, methods, and processes.
