- Communication & Organizational Skills: Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to manage multiple priorities and define expectations.
- Systems Administration: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Linux (Red Hat/CentOS) or Microsoft systems, endpoint solutions, security, and backup/recovery strategies.
- Cloud & Virtualization: Extensive experience with AWS or other cloud services, orchestration, SANs, Fiber backbones, Windows server administration, and virtualization technologies like VMWare.
- Disaster Recovery Planning: Proven expertise in business continuity and disaster recovery strategy and maintenance.
