Senior Event Producer

About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Event Producer to lead our event production team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event production, excellent project management skills, and the ability to think strategically. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event productions, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.
You will work closely with senior management to define event objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop a holistic event strategy aligned with organizational goals and values.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple productions and help scale various Fever Original IPs against team targets.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive event plan, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, departments, and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables.
- Research new vendors, technologies, and experiences to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Secure proper event permits and meet insurance requirements, guaranteeing compliance with regulations.
- Handle administrative duties, including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts.
- Domestic and international travel may be required to attend events, meetings, or conferences.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the event production industry, with a proven track record of successfully producing events.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Able to think strategically, identify opportunities, and create innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Familiarity with promotional tools, such as Facebook and Instagram, is a plus.
