Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team at Alterra Mountain Company. As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing projects that align with business objectives, managing internal and external teams, and ensuring the timely and on-budget delivery of stakeholder project requests.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end project management process, including intake of new project requests, determining project priority, and developing timelines for deliverables.
Manage project related functions of a cross-functional internal team of 7-9 members, including designers, UX professionals, and content specialists, while also coordinating with external agency teams and in-house IT.
Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders across product verticals including Ikon Pass, Resort CMS, Alterra Mountain Company, and Mountain Powder. Regularly communicate project updates, manage expectations, and gather feedback.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget. Monitor project milestones and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines.
Utilize tools like Coda and Jira to track project progress, manage tasks, and facilitate communication between teams. Use a working knowledge of Figma and design systems to support design processes.
Foster collaboration between various teams to ensure cohesive project delivery. Ensure that all team members are aligned on goals, deliverables, and deadlines.

Requirements

4-6 years of experience managing digital projects, including design, UX, content, and development teams.
Strong proficiency in Coda (or similar) and Jira; working knowledge of Figma and design systems.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
Ability to manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
Experience managing both internal and external teams.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects at once.
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build and maintain effective relationships with internal team members and other stakeholders and partners.
Ability to solve complex problems and develop solutions and communicate across all levels of the organization effectively.
Professional/lived experience proactively marketing, communicating, and driving sales in a culturally competent manner to a diverse range of audiences and new/emerging markets, including to underrepresented communities
