Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated professionals to work collaboratively with a team of 7 neurosurgeons and 3 advanced practice providers in a busy and expansive practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Work closely with neurosurgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in neurosurgery
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment that prioritizes patient-centered care

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program
• BLS, ACLS/PALS certification
• NC or multi-state nursing license (a plus)
• APP experience preferred in neurosurgery or similar surgical practice/OR setting

Incentive/Benefits Package:

• Competitive salary driven by MGMA data and industry benchmarking: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
