B&B Concrete is seeking an experienced Concrete Construction Project Manager to oversee the coordination of concrete construction and ensure the successful execution of projects. This role involves supervising the concrete operations on site, ensuring quality work, meeting project schedules, and maintaining budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Operations managers for all concrete schedules/operations.
  • Daily communications/coordination with the Project Management staff to ensure successful project communication and execution.
  • Supervise and oversee all concrete construction processes on site.
  • Ensure that the budget is followed in terms of manpower productions and material expenditures.
  • Organize and schedule the field labor and ensure they are performing as required.
  • Coordinate with other subcontractors and ensure proper planning and work harmony.
  • Preserve quality in the concrete construction process and maintain the budget.
  • Track and report project progress daily and weekly.
  • Capture and accurately report time for the field manpower.
  • Continuously monitor productivity and percentage complete, identify problems and potential delays, and provide solutions.
Requirements:
  • Vast knowledge and experience of concrete construction, including footings, walls, flatwork, tilt-up, and paving.
  • General knowledge of scheduling concrete work activities and how they relate to other trades and scopes of work.
  • Safety-conscious and willing to implement the CSI safety culture.
  • Adequate level of Spanish-speaking skills to communicate with field labor.
  • Good listening skills, build strong relationships, flexible/open-minded, negotiates effectively, solicits performance feedback, and handles constructive criticism.
Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
