Microschool Director

This is a full-time position that requires a passionate and qualified leader to join our team in South Florida. As a Microschool Director, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a thriving microschool community.

• Families Engagement

You will be the face of your microschool, warmly welcoming families, sharing regular progress updates, and creating new opportunities for family engagement.

You will build strong relationships with each student, establish routines and expectations, and create a culture that fosters students' growth as independent learners.

In core subject areas, you will oversee students' personalized schedules and academic progress, thinking outside the box to curate and create engaging experiences tailored to students' needs and passions.

In partnership with our operations team, you will design and maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring physical environment.

You will leverage your experience and communication skills to attract new students to your microschool, working with our growth team to support families through the process.

We are looking for individuals who believe in the potential of students and are excited about a start-up environment. You should have a passion for building a powerful space for kids to learn and grow. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience as a lead teacher, homeschooling parent, or childcare provider for K-8 kids, and a bachelor's degree or higher.
