About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Title Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient processing of title documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify titles and examine title reports from outside abstractors.
  • Create and understand title commitments, as well as other title deliverables.
  • Prioritize daily work to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for each metric assigned during the title process.
  • Process files with high quality standards.
  • Order search products and tax certifications.
  • Review and interpret reports and/or queues to manage workload efficiently.
  • Validate information by comparing it to source documents and data.
  • Compare data and documents returned with search requirements and obtain missing elements manually.
  • Confirm, corroborate, and remove unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources.
  • Manually rekey any errors.
  • Handle rush requests and communicate order status with other departments within the company.
  • Maintain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress.
  • File information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems.
  • Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product.
  • Audit reports and sheets of data.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with data entry is essential.
  • Knowledge or strong interest in title escrow is required.
  • Demonstrated typing accuracy is necessary.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills are required.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request.
  • At least 1 year of related experience is required.
  • Experience utilizing ResWare or similar title software is preferred.

Work Environment

This role requires the ability to sit for long periods each day. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate orally. The employee uses hands and fingers to type, handle, and reach. The ability to operate office machinery such as computers, phones, copiers, printers, etc., is necessary in the commission of daily duties. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
