Job Summary

Perform MRI examinations while maintaining the safety and integrity of the MRI operational area for all individuals, including staff and customers.

Maintain adequate supply inventory for performing examinations and explain the examination and procedure to patients.

Requirements:

  • Completion of an MRI school or certificate program, or a 24-month program in radiologic technology
  • CNMT, ARDMS, ARRT, or ARMRIT certification
  • Obtain ARRT MR advanced registry or ARMRIT within 2 years of hire

Preferred Experience:

  • One year of experience in a Rad Tech position, including Radiologic Tech, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, or Ultrasound
  • Six months of MR experience or completion of an MR didactic program
