About the Position

The Santa Cruz Warriors are seeking enthusiastic individuals to deliver exceptional experiences to our fans, season ticket holders, and sponsors at our home games. This role reports to the Supervisor, Arena Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for guests regarding basic game day information and location of key facilities.
  • Greet all guests entering the arena, verify ticket authenticity, and provide assistance when needed.
  • Assist guests with their requests and seating needs.
  • Share information about arena layout, seating sections, and emergency procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all games and events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
  • High energy, strong attention to detail, and a superior work ethic.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous in a high-pressure environment.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Time Commitment
  • Ability to work majority of home games and other events, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation
  • $16.00 per hour.
