About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Dentist to join our team. As a Part-time Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for delivering dental services to patients with the support of your team. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional patient care, while also contributing to the growth and development of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver dental services to patients with the support of your team
  • Participate in activities to promote a positive image of the company
  • Join morning huddles, plan your day, and appreciate your team's efforts
  • Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
Requirements:
  • DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
  • CPR, DEA, Nitrous Oxide certification (where applicable)
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults

  • Guaranteed base pay of $800/day with uncapped earning potential
  • No lab fees

Salary Estimate:

The estimated salary range for this position is approximately $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
