We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team of Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Description

As a Home Health Aide, your role will involve providing assistance with daily living activities such as personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. You will also be responsible for transporting clients to appointments and activities, and assisting them with their plan of care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 1-3 years of experience in personal care and a valid driver's license. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication skills.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, paid time off, and training and development opportunities. You will also receive a higher rate of pay if you are certified as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Additionally, you can earn $250 for each person you refer who is hired, and have access to flexible scheduling and other great perks.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
