Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Lead at Burlington, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient service at the front of lines. This includes directing cashier coverage and customer flow to meet the needs of our customers. Additionally, you will assist the management team in communicating promotions and company updates to our team members. You will also be responsible for monitoring and validating returns, exchanges, check authorizations, voids, and other transactions. Furthermore, you will support training for our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Direct cashier coverage and customer flow at the front of lines to ensure efficient service
Assist management team in communicating promotions and company updates
Monitor and validate returns, exchanges, check authorizations, voids, and other transactions
Support training for team members
