Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Hotel Manager to lead our team at Crescent Hotels and Resorts. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve guest satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of department managers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Monitor and control hotel expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines and optimizing profitability.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, driving revenue growth and market share.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination with all departments, including front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, and engineering.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, guests, and local community leaders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service hotel, preferably in the DC metro market.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, improving guest satisfaction, and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in financial and accounting procedures, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Prior Hilton experience is highly desirable.
