Westlie Super Duty Service Center is seeking a highly skilled Diesel Technician to join our team. Our dealership values a collaborative work environment and strives to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair truck systems including electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, and transmission.
• Communicate directly with the service advisor to inform customers of additional service needs and provide estimates of time required for repairs.
• Maintain a clean working environment and perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and according to dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications:
• High degree of mechanical aptitude with a focus on efficiency.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and comprehend safety and policy practices.
• Ability to use a computer and possess a customer-first attitude.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and have full mobility to work with hands above head.
• Positive, friendly attitude and eagerness to improve in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to collaborate with others effectively and learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
