About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team at Aimbridge Hospitality. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Handle guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field helpful
  • Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
