About the Job

This role is an exciting opportunity to work with children in a dynamic and supportive team setting. As a Kids Club Attendant, you will provide a safe and engaging atmosphere for kids while their parents/guardians enjoy our state-of-the-art facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure a friendly and secure environment for children, providing consistent interaction and positive engagement.
  • Organize and participate in recreational and educational activities, such as games, arts and crafts, and storytelling.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness in the Kids Club area, storing toys and materials properly.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's experience.
  • Foster a sense of community among children, promoting social skills and friendships.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining security records and ensuring proper registration procedures.
Requirements
  • Prior experience working with children in a daycare or childcare setting is required, along with references.
  • Certification in Infant and Child First Aid and CPR/AED is necessary (TruFit provides training if needed).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, are essential for interacting with children and adults.
