The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing care in various locations within a 150-mile radius. As a Travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in different settings while maintaining flexibility and competitive pay.

Salary

We offer a salary range of $24.00 - $36.00 per hour, ensuring that you are fairly compensated for your skills and experience. Additionally, you will receive mileage reimbursement and other benefits as part of our comprehensive package.

About the Role

This role requires knowledge of nursing principles to address the physical and psychosocial needs of residents. You will be responsible for ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of residents, administering medications or treatments as ordered, and providing technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess a graduate degree from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred. If position requires IV therapy/management skills, graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing is required in North Dakota. Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility. Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
