About the Role:

As a Home Health Sales Executive at CenterWell Home Health, you will play a critical role in promoting our homecare services to healthcare professionals and organizations within a designated geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and build relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare providers to promote our homecare services.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Prepare business plans and maintain target lists to prioritize accounts and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Gather and analyze account-related information to identify key customer opportunities and provide input on service line extensions and proposal or contract pricing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, etc.) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of healthcare or related industry sales experience.
  • Excellent selling, organization, problem-solving skills, and ability to represent the company's service capabilities to targeted referral sources.
  • Previous healthcare sales experience or experience as a clinical liaison preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
