At Professional Case Management, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our clients. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with our team, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals and their families in the comfort of their own homes.

We are seeking LPNs to join our team in Opelika, AL, where you will work independently on a flexible schedule to provide high-quality patient care. With our focus on one-on-one relationships and enhancing client health, quality of life, and peace of mind, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you are making a real difference in your patients' lives.

In this role, you will perform nursing functions in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as within the scope of practice defined by the Agency. You will deliver care to clients as delegated by the regional director of clinical operations, senior case manager, or case manager.
