Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled To Go Expeditor to join our team at Hannaford. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for supervising the performance of all duties and responsibilities of our To Go associates. You will also manage customer online orders and maintain effective work schedules to meet business traffic requirements and minimize customer inconvenience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise the performance of all duties and responsibilities of all Hannaford To Go associates
* Manage customer online orders and maintain effective work schedules to meet business traffic requirements and minimize customer inconvenience
* Provide feedback to store leadership on any HTG operational issues
* Collaborate with store leadership to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Requirements:

* 1+ year of experience in a leadership or customer-facing role
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
