Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in the care and management of our inpatient psychiatric patients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care during their stay with us.

  • Conduct thorough reviews of patient cases in the inpatient acute psychiatric unit, working closely with medical professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, providing detailed information for ongoing care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest practices in psychiatric nursing through continuous education and training.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in psychiatric nursing or a related field, with a strong understanding of psychiatric conditions and treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
