Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide compassionate and expert care to patients undergoing nuclear medicine procedures.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate complex medical equipment, including PET scanners and gamma cameras.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and test results.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certifications: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or NMTCB certification.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure as required by the facility.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in nuclear medicine technology, preferably in a hospital or imaging center setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
