Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to promote patient recovery and independence
  • Manage a caseload of patients with diverse diagnoses and treatment needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
  • Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
  • Supervisory professional references
  • Must complete drug screen and background screen
