About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist to join our team at Westchester Medical Center Health Network. As a full-time board certified/eligible pathologist, you will be primarily based in our Northern campuses (Kingston and Poughkeepsie) with opportunities to participate in academic Surgical Pathology practice at the main Valhalla campus.

About the Role

You will work closely with our multi-site academic department, which has a strong and diverse faculty, an ACGME accredited residency program, and a supportive atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have strong general surgical pathology diagnostic skills and experience/expertise in management of clinical laboratory.

Requirements

  • Possess an M.D or M.D./Ph.D degree (or foreign equivalent)
  • Hold an unrestricted medical license to practice in New York State
  • Be eligible for appropriate Certificates of Qualification (CoQ) for Medical Directorship in New York State
  • Be board certified/eligible in combined Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
  • Additional Certification/eligibility/experience in subspecialty board/area will be a plus

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
